Police Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) respects your right to privacy. We have created this policy to ensure that  the PCYC Lottery  respects the privacy of its customers in the collection, use, management of any information obtained during the course of any fundraising activities or initiatives.

We collect personal information by lawful and fair means.  At the time of collecting personal information, where it is practicable to do so, we will notify you of various matters required by the law.

We may disclose your information to third party organisations to assist or facilitate with fundraising activities or initiatives. Apart from using your information to contact you and fulfil your purchase of tickets or making of a donation, we will not disclose your information for any other purposes unless we have your consent to do so.

Data Security

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that a high level of security is maintained so that your personal information is protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised use or disclosure. We do not store any credit card details you provide to us.  We maintain a high level of security in relation to your credit card details and endevaour to tokenise or encrypt all credit card details received.

Government identifiers

We will not adopt or use government identifiers of an individual for its own purpose however may use an Australian Business Number in some circumstances.

Cross-border disclosure

We will not disclose your personal information to any other overseas recipient.
