Art Union 68
Art Union 68 starts on 16/08/18 and ends at 5pm on 14/12/18. The Art Union will be drawn at 2pm on 20/12/18 at Level 5, 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. All winning numbers will be published in The Australian on 26/12/18. NSW: GOCAU/2046, VIC Permit: 10426/18, ACT Permit: R 18/00130. A total of 1,200,000 tickets are available. If the lottery sells out or if payment is received after the draw date, your payment will be automatically entered into the next lottery and you will receive new ticket numbers once the lottery starts and the payment is processed unless otherwise advised. Tickets are validated once a successful payment has been processed. Ticket prices in AUD: 4 for $20; 10 for $30; 16 for $40; 20 for $50; 30 for $60; 40 for $80 and $2 each thereafter.

Art Union 69 starts on 18/10/18 and ends at 5pm on 15/02/19. The Art Union will be drawn at 2pm on 21/02/19 at Level 5, 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. All winning numbers will be published in The Australian on 27/02/19. NSW: GOCAU/2077 VIC Permit: 10427/18, ACT Permit: R 18/00131. A total of 1,200,000 tickets are available. Art Unions – general terms and conditions
Conducted by the PCYC NSW (in conjunction with Canberra PCYC, St Kilda PCYC, PCYC QLD and Tasmanian Association of PCYC) under the provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (‘the Act’) and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991, CFN 11892.

Administrative costs are payable to OneContact, in accordance with the Act, PCYC receive not less than 30% of the gross proceeds of an Art Union after prizes, postal, printing, fulfilment and administrative costs are paid.
All Art Union draws will be conducted at OneContact’s office located at Level 5, 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW AUSTRALIA 2010.
Photographs are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. In the event that a prize is not available at the time of the draw, PCYC reserves the right to issue a replacement prize of similar type and value. All taxes and liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Motor vehicle prizes include GST and are based on recommended retail value and are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. Any winner of a motor vehicle must receive the prize in Australia and must be collected by the prize winner within 28 days.
First prize: Floor Mats, Tow Bar, Metallic paint, window tint. RRP Includes delivery and on road costs such as stamp duty, registration and compulsory third party insurance (CTP). Model and accessories may vary from picture shown.
Third prize: Metallic paint, Manual. RRP Includes delivery and on road costs such as stamp duty, registration and compulsory third party insurance (CTP).
Holiday Conditions: All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the prize-winner’s responsibility.
Second prize: Return private transfers from airport to hotel in each location. Round-the-world economy class airfare for 2 from their nearest capital city to Paris, France and out of London (First class Euro Rail train from Paris to London), England, New York, USA and onto Honolulu, Hawaii. Daily breakfast throughout. Activities include: Paris, France 2-day Paris sightseeing pass to enjoy ‘skip the line” entry to over 60 of Paris’ most iconic attractions and a 6-course “Experience Dinner” for 2 at Le Jules Verne Paris, RRP $1040AUD. Honolulu, Hawaii Half-day Hanauama Bay snorkelling adventure tour and Dinner for 2 at iconic Duke’s restaurant RRP $150AUD.
Accommodation in each city is 5 nights quality 4-star accommodation twin share in each location (20 nights in total) which includes daily breakfast. Prize-winner will also receive $1,500AUD spending money. Prize includes all airline and airport taxes as well as private transfers to hotel at each destination.
All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates.
Art Union 68: Travel is valid until 31 December 2019. Block out periods include 10 December 2018 until 20 January 2019 and from 20 June 2019 to 10 August 2019 along with all other special event periods.
Art Union 69: Travel is valid until 21 February 2020. Block out periods include 20 June 2019 to until 10 August 2019 and 10 December 2019 until 20 January 2020 along with all other special event periods.
Fourth prize: Return economy airfares for 4 from winners nearest Australian Capital City to Sydney. Prize includes all airline and airport taxes as well as return private car transfers from airport to accommodation. 1 nights pre cruise 4-star accommodation in Sydney, 3 night P&O Food and Wine cruise in a 2x Balcony room (or similar), Sydney-At Sea-Sydney. $100AUD on board credit. Travel is valid until 31 December 2019. Block out periods includes all Australian School & Public Holidays along with all other special event periods.

Unclaimed prizes in NSW
If a prize is unclaimed in NSW within 3 months of the draw date of an Art Union, PCYC will comply with section 15 of the Act and apply to the NSW Fair Trading detailing the steps taken to contact winners and deliver the prize and seek permission to sell the prize. After receiving written approval, PCYC will sell the prize and deposit the funds to PCYC.
Unclaimed prizes in ACT
If a prize is unclaimed in ACT within 3 months of the draw date of an Art Union, PCYC will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw. Such redraw will occur at OneContact’s office on 20th April 2019 (being 4 months from the date of the draw) at 2pm.
PCYC will comply with the rules and regulations in other states and territories where a prize is unclaimed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you would like to change or cancel your pledge before the Art Union is drawn, please call us on 1300 013 799. Refunds cannot be issued after an Art Union is drawn.
PCYC understands and respects your right to privacy. PCYC may collect your information for fundraising activities or initiatives. We may disclose your information to third party organisations to assist us to facilitate our fundraising activities or initiatives. Please contact us on 1300 013 799 if you would like to access or correct your information or if you have any enquiries or complaints.
PCYC has tax deductible gift status. A receipt will be issued for donations equal to $2 or more.
